Stressed I feel tense and stressed

Here is our suggested training programme:
A modern, fast-paced lifestyle can be very demanding. Our mental state can have an impact on our body, which makes it even more important to relax by keeping active, moving and exercising. Try some stretches, build your general strength and stamina, do playful exercises for your balance and co-ordination. Do not push yourself – you have done enough of that already. Start small and build as you go.
